Can we use INREASE funding to construct a new building? |

No, INCREASE funding cannot be used to either construct a new building or purchase an existing building |

What are the decision categories? |

The outcomes of the panel will fall into one of the following six categories: YES, YES WITH CONDITIONS, PART FUND, DEFER 1 (decision deferred until further information is required), DEFER 2 (decision deferred until further information is presented at next panel meeting) and NO.
